70% lambswool, 30% alpaca
One 8 oz. skein - 280 yards (sweater quantity is 5 skeins) but I used just under 4.
Started: December 20, 2006
Finished: January 13, 2007
Bulky weight - 3-3.5 St/in.
Needle size: US #10.5
Color: Clara Barton
I had initially hoped to get this sweater done in time for the holidays for my mom. It did not happen. However, it was done in less than a month AND it is actually complete. Right down to the sewing on of the button. Since one of my goals this year is to have a FO a month this definitely counts. I will be knitting this sweater again for me in Sheep Shop 2 yarn. But I won’t be starting it until I finish the green cardi I’m working on.
