		<description>I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been sleeping well for so long.  I went through that too.  It started way back in the spring and is just now starting to get better.
One thing that did help me was Melatonin.  You can get it at any health food store.  
I did have to adjust things a bit though.  I found that 1 full pill really helped me to fall asleep but would end up wide awake at about 2 or 3am.  That's when I started taking 1/2 a melatonin and 1/2 a gravol.  Worked like a charm and I didn't feel too groggy in the morning (provided I took the gravol before 11).  I guess the grogginess could have also been due to the fact that I don't like getting up before 9 or 9:30.  :)
I hope you can find something that helps.  I know how much it screwed me up when it was happening.  The crying spells, the irritability, the moodiness.  Ugh!  Horrible!

I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures of your finished projects. (I'm going to put up one myself)

BTW  It was good to see you yesterday.  I always have fun with that particular group.  The only people missing were Sandra, Dana and Alana.
